Shipping and returns
One page, the same words on every book. If a copy is not as we described it, that is our mistake and we pay for it.
Shipping
Free tracked shipping in the US. Ships within two to three business days, wrapped in bubble wrap and protected — never a bare mailer. From a smoke-free home.
Outside the US: not yet.
Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for any reason; the buyer pays return shipping, and the book must come back in the condition it was sent.
If a copy is not as we described it, we pay the return and refund in full.
On the marketplaces
A copy bought on eBay, Etsy or AbeBooks is covered by that marketplace’s own buyer protection as well, which can be more generous than the terms above and always wins where the two differ.
